A bit about me…

I am a classically trained chef and I absolutely love food!! I have worked in food industry for over two decades now in various restaurants, pop ups, gastro dining and product development. 

A large part of my career was working in the food industry developing new recipes and overseeing their production for sales in all the major food chains.

I have combined my years of expertise in food management and working as a professional chef to bring together a series of mouth watering menus to suit any and all occasions.

I can expertly cater for your wedding, engagement, birthday or any other type of celebration party.

Choose from a set menu or I will be happy to create a bespoke menu to your own tastes.

Speciality and themed catering can be provided, also I have a range of hot menus & outdoor catering such as BBQ’s & Hot Roast pork.

For businesses, contractual catering can be arranged for either regular or occasional meetings or seminars.
